Weekends $35.00 per night
2 night minimum on weekends
Holidays weekends $40.00

Weekly rate $165.00/electric included
Monthly rate $525.00/electric included
Off Season rate $28.00 per night
April 12th thru May 26th and Sept 3rd thru Oct 15th

All prices are per night, and are subject to 6.5% sales tax, and are on a first come first serve basis. These prices are based on a family of 4. Families over 4 will have to pay $3/person/day for extra members. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for every weekend.
